The 1st Annual Mac & Cheese Throw Down is a Contest to Settle Once and For All… Who’s Mac and Cheese is the BEST!

How it works

There are 25 Contestant Spots Available

Each contestant will bring one large pan of contest ready Mac and Cheese. Attendees will taste each contestants Mac & Cheese and rate it on the spot. The scores will be tallied and the top 5 contestants will move on the final round which will be judged by our Celebrity Panel. There will be 1 Cash Grand Prize winner, 2nd and 3rd place winners.

Celebrity Judges

Grammy Award Winning Songwriter and Producer — Carvin Haggins
Actor/Writer/Director — Nakia Dillard
Film Maker/ Director — Cedra Walton

The event is being held at Legend Galleries, located right behind the Franklin Institute. Enter on 21st and Winter Streets on Philadelphia’s beautiful Parkway.
